I attended a sportscard convetion at the Bowling Green HotRods Ball Park where I had my own table, products, and cash on hand. My sister, Addy, attended the event with me and helped out. This took place on August 21, 2022.
I have created connections with various people and employees. This is a typical conversation between me and an employee. In this conversation a employee of my local Finishline sneaker store alerted me that a profitable pair of shoes had been delivered in a shipment. With profitable releases they quickly sell out both online and instore, so you have to know when and where to get your pair(s). This means that I had to hurry to get there to pick them up in order to insure I could secure them.
From June 2021 to August 2021 I worked at the Scottsville Medical Center located in Scottsville, Kentucky. At the time I wanted to go to SKYCTC for Respiratory Therapy, because of that I did a paid internship for the Scottsville Medical Center. This was great for experience and helped me know what I didn't want to go to school for.
I have had customers like the one in this work sample, that are "highballers". People with a good chunk of change to spend on whatever good I am selling. For this customer he wanted a full case of sportscard boxes along with a few miscellaneous packs. He ended up with a total of $1,280 USD in which was sent almost immediately after the amount was agreed on. Talk about trust.
